Timothy G. Niarhos
Mr. Niarhos has been practicing law in Nashville, Tennessee since 1990, primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors rights. His practice includes representation of both debtors and creditors. He was a law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Tennessee in 1990-1991. Mr. Niarhos received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from the University of Miami. He has been admitted to practice law in both Tennessee and Florida since 1990.
Mr. Niarhos is one of only a handful of attorneys in Nashville who devotes his practice to debt restructure, bankruptcy and creditors rights for businesses and individuals. From clerking for a bankruptcy judge to representing debtors, creditors and bankruptcy trustees, Mr. Niarhos has developed an expertise in a complicated area of the law.
Rebecca Yielding
Mrs. Yielding concentrates her practice in the areas of debt restructuring and business bankruptcy. She frequently represents businesses and business owners in debt settlement negotiations with creditors. Mrs. Yielding has successfully restructured and settled millions of dollars of business debt inside and outside the confines of bankruptcy cases. Frequently, she is able to prevent the need to file a bankruptcy case by negotiating settlements with creditors.
Mrs. Yielding also represents creditors in bankruptcy cases to ensure their rights are preserved and their interests are protected. She appears in Bankruptcy Court on behalf of her debtor and creditor clients on a wide variety of matters, including 341 Meetings, initial debtor’s conferences, dischargeability actions, and relief stay motions.
Mrs. Yielding received her law degree from the University of Mississippi with honors, and has been admitted to practice in Tennessee since 2009.
